Zara is an emerging 21 year old singer and songwriter based between St Albans and Cheshire, creating music that shines a light on the beauty and hope amidst the melancholy. With influences ranging from ABBA to Leonard Cohen, Zara’s music combines catchy pop-ballad melodies with the thoughtfulness and depth of folk music. Her lyricism reaches towards the poetic and sacred, exploring the coming-of-age journey and its existential questions on love, loss and living well.
